Northern Heavy Industries Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Northern Heavy Industries") is a large multinational heavy machinery manufacturing company under Fangda Group, founded in 1921. 1、 Recruitment positions, number of people and conditions

The basic requirements for all recruitment positions include supporting the Party's line, principles, and policies, and complying with the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China. (1) Mature professional talents

Middle and high -end technical talents (5 people)

Recruitment requirements: Under 50 years old, with a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical, electrical, automation, hydraulic and other related fields. Having over 5 years of design and development capabilities in tunnel, mining, metallurgy, sand and gravel aggregate, bulk material transportation, stacking and reclaiming, power building materials, coal mines, automotive steering, intelligent equipment, and other products (including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic). Proficient in using drawing software such as CAD and SOLIDWORKS; Priority will be given to the development of intelligent control direction, C #. net development, SQL and other large-scale databases and related application development, and 3D application development capabilities.

Mid to High end Sales Talents (10 people)

Recruitment requirements: Under 50 years old, with a bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of marketing experience in industries such as tunnels, mines, metallurgy, sand and gravel aggregates, bulk material transportation, power building materials, coal mines, automotive parts, international trade (in English and Russian), military industry, etc., and excellent work performance; Priority will be given to those with rich network resources and social relationships, and those proficient in English and Russian will be given priority; Can adapt to job requirements and long-term business trips

Mature mechanical processing (turning, milling, boring, machining center, etc.) technical workers (5 people)

Recruitment requirements: Under 45 years old, with a high school (polytechnic school ) or above education, at least 3 years of relevant job experience, and able to pass the company's practical operation exam. Priority given to those with experience in operating large-scale processing equipment

Mature welders and cold work technicians (10 people)

Recruitment requirements for mature welders and cold work technicians (10 people): under 45 years old, high school (polytechnic school) or above, and more than 3 years of relevant job experience. Welders have experience in welding metal structural components, proficient in gas shielded welding skills, and possess the ability to weld carbon steel plates with a thickness of 20mm or more using solid wire multi-layer and multi pass welding to ensure the second level qualification of ultrasonic testing for welds; Mastery of manual arc welding and argon arc welding is preferred. Cold work workers can independently complete drawing recognition, material marking, cutting, and assembly work, and can pass the company's practical operation exam. Those who have worked on company related products are preferred. The above positions require a welding and thermal cutting operation certificate.

Technical workers- Apprentices (12 people)

3、 Recruitment method

(1) All applicants are required to take written exams and interviews. Mature technical workers are required to take practical exams. 4、 Salary and treatments

(1) Mature technology and sales talent

Determine salary treatments (basic salary+ Performance-related salary) according to the company's salary plan based on the position level of the hired position.
