Recently, two award announcements issued by Shenyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau triggered heated discussion in NHI of Fangda Group (hereinafter referred to as NHI). As the first pilot units of vocational skill level recognition in Liaoning Province, NHI organized 364 technical workers to participate in vocational skill level training and independent recognition, involving five types of work and four levels of lathe workers, boring workers, milling workers, grinding and assembly workers, including 59 senior technicians, 153 technicians and 138 senior workers. A large number of technical workers obtained skill level recognition, forming a good demonstration effect in the production line; It also organized and carried out the welder's practical skills contest, and rewarded the employees who won the winning prize or above.

In addition, the company awarded the honorary title of "Master Craftsman" to 10 excellent front-line production employees of NHI, and gave "Master Craftsman" allowance during the employment period. The "Master Craftsman" who has completed the task of mentoring and apprenticeship can also enjoy the tutor's allowance. This measure fully releases the ability of a large number of front-line workers with high technical level and inherits their skills.

The relevant person in charge of NHI said that a series of talent cultivation measures have laid a strong endogenous impetus for enterprise scientific and technological innovation.
