Through continuous exploration and research, he improved operating skills, innovated processing methods, overcome difficulties, worked solidly, and mastered the 8M, 840C and 840D CNC operating systems and programming technology. He became an independent expert in CNC turning and milling machine operation and completed many key production tasks of the company, such as press nozzle.
Tong Hailong has a rigorous working attitude. In 2021, he completed the production and processing of more than 100 parts of dozens of key projects, especially in the key projects of the enterprise. He took the initiative to work overtime to cooperate with the key parts processing tasks such as CRS and CXJZ, and completed the special equipment engineering projects with quality and quantity on schedule. His actual attendance in the whole year is more than 300 days, the total working hours of the equipment used are 24900 hours, and the personal machining time is more than 10000 hours, and the product qualification rate reaches 100%.

In the process of completing the company's first Fangda carbon press nozzle project, in order to meet the complex process processing requirements, Tong Hailong finally determined the processing method by repeatedly studying, searching for data and using computer software simulation to carry out processing test under the condition that the equipment could not meet the processing requirements. For the first time, he used macro programming to solve processing problems and quickly completed the project. Through experience accumulation, he summarized more than 10 kinds of clamping methods for various workpieces according to the characteristics of super large and special-shaped workpiece structure, improving labor efficiency by 30%. In his work, he used his brain and heart, constantly explored and innovated, and solved a number of processing problems through hands-on repair and modification. He boldly restructured special tools, polished waste and vulnerable tools, quickly solved processing problems, and significantly reduced tool costs, saving more than RMB 20000 for the enterprise throughout the year.

During the current round of COVID-19 prevention and control, Tong Hailong took the initiative to stay in the plant for more than 20 days, stuck to his job, and cooperated with the processing and production tasks of national key projects with quality and quantity. Usually, he cuts the waste clothes at home and takes them to the unit to wipe the equipment. He also proposed the classified treatment of iron filings, and took the initiative to help collect, reduce waste and promote green production. He took the initiative to donate money in the prevention and control of the epidemic and sent a love to the employees with difficulties.
