Ecological civilization promotes industrial upgrading projects

With the promotion of ecological civilization construction to the national strategic height, a series of industrial upgrading including sand aggregate industry was coming. The realization of digital, unmanned, intelligent development has become the general trend of the development of sand aggregate industry, directly contributing to Gansu Huajian annual output of 5 million tons of quality aggregate project. The total investment of the project equipment is about 70 million yuan, which can produce intermediate product materials including 28-250 mm, and has the ability to produce dry sand and washed sand, among which the washing sand is 5-10 mm, dry sand is 0-5 mm and 10-25 mm.

In 2020, with professional technical solutions, excellent product quality and thoughtful service, NHI signed an EPC contract with an annual output of 5 million tons of fine sand aggregate project. This is also the first time for NHI to contract the sand aggregate EPC project after the implementation of the mixed reform.

NHI is one of the earliest enterprises to produce sand aggregate equipment after the founding of the People's Republic of China. The main equipment of Huajian project includes gyratory crusher, vertical shaft crushers, medium and fine particles grinder, vibration sieve machine, sand washing machine water treatment system and 4 sets of belt feeders, 6 sets of medium-sized plate feeders and 31 sets of belt conveyors. Among them, the belt conveyor model and type span are large, ranging from 650 mm to 1400 mm, the maximum capacity can reach 1800 tons / hour, and has the ability of stable transmission under the full production capacity of all crushing equipment, is worthy of the name of the "big artery" of the sand aggregate product line.

On March 17, Zhao Yanfeng, an employee of NHI, walked in the roaring workshop of Huajian Company. From barren land to so many workshops in functioning, he experienced the whole process of Huajian project from zero to accomplishment.

Since the work place is located in the mountains, bathing and haircuts are a "luxury" for the construction workers. During the Spring Festival, in order to ensure the construction period of the node, 17 employees responded to the call of the company and insisted on working on the site, ensuring the progress and commissioning. The average age of the automatic testing team is only over 20 years old. They overcame the changeable environmental impact of the local climate, and had no time to care about lunch. They often continued to work, and completed the testing task of controlling all the equipment in the central control. Ma Tiansheng, the professional chief engineer, is nearly 60 years old. He works on the front line with the workers every day, dealing with technical problems at any time and testing the equipment himself. At the equipment installation site, all the construction personnel are covered with mud every day, but no one complained and tired...
