In May 2019, with the comprehensive implementation of mixed reform in NHI, an employee Hotline - "employee forum" was launched. They can freely express their opinions, put forward suggestions, and even supervise the operation of the enterprise. They can break the hierarchical restrictions and directly talk to the president and chairman. This initiative has won the hearts of the people in an instant. The enterprise clearly stipulates that there must be a response to every message on the forum, and the relevant departments must reply within 24 hours - put forward a specific timetable if it can be implemented, and explain the reasons if it cannot be implemented. In particular, if the problems raised by the forum are not solved, they will be held accountable, which directly ignites the enthusiasm of employees and is particularly active on the time line.

After the "employee forum" went online, the first suggestion put forward by employees was that "some bidding contracts before May 1th are now stopped. It is suggested that the bidding contracts before May 1th should be sorted out as soon as possible". Relevant units gave a reply within 2 hours: "all contracts to be executed in the company were sorted out on May 7th."Some employees suggested that the washing machines equipped in each branch factory had been seriously worn over the years, and the trade union immediately responded. In only two days, seven sets washing machines were newly purchased and five sets were repaired. Employees raised welfare improvement and other issues. After sorting out, relevant departments put forward " do practical things for the masses": establish a sports ground for employees, an employee bookstore, transform a mother's love cabin, purchase a disinfection cabinet and water dispenser, etc.

Over the past two years, "employee forum" has become an important channel for employees to participate in enterprise management, and the contents put forward are also "diverse": difficult demands, welfare purchase, canteen improvement, product sales, production and operation, Party Construction... A total of tens of thousands of opinions have been put forward, of which nearly 100 have been adopted by managers.

"Employee forum" has greatly awakened the sense of ownership of employees. The focus of the forum has shifted from solving personal difficulties to offering advice and suggestions for enterprise development.
